Which cartoon was this?

I'm looking for the name of an old cartoon. Its probably done by Walt Disney or Warner Bros. Can you help me identify it.





The whole cartoon is a song and shows all the places of the world. Theres a guy who looks like egghead whos visits all these places as the song goes on.





It begins in Amsterdam with two kids dancing and windmills in the back. In the end a guy from Bagdad steals a diamond or something and all start chasing him. The map of Italy becomes a boot and kicks him. Finally he and rider on a horse ride away. He asks "Hey! who are you?". The rider replies "I'm the masked (dont remember the rest").





Its like a geography lesson that takes a tour of the whole world.





I loved that cartoon, but just don't remember the name or who did it.

Was it a part of the School House Rock series? Just a guess b/c you said it was teaching geography. I looked around a little on YouTube but couldn't find one geared towards geography. Maybe you could look around a little bit and find it...
