Cute colors for an ADORABLE palomino :) ?

K so I ride this gorgeous palomino and I'm having trouble deciding on what color saddle pad I should get for her. Opinions? I like pink and bright blue, not crazy about baby blue though. She is a girl and that kinda seems like a boy color. Bright colors, I love my pony and she is so fun and exciting! I need something to match her personality! Dress-up hooray! hehe please leave links if you find any cool splint boots or saddle pads, preferably matching!

A lot of these are really cute.

These are really fun depending on how old you are. Saddle pads further down.

She might also look good in a deep purple like this:

or like this:

Good luck. I hope she looks like a princess!
Reply:*links. I got cut off! ANYWAY..... I think the ribbon ones are cute too, thanks so much! :) Report It

Reply:I also have a palomino and I bought her a pink saddle blanket. So cute. You should go with pink too. Also you should get her a pink halter and lead rope. I have those to.
Reply:I've always liked deep medium colors with palominos - brights. I'd go for the glitter bell boots and splint boots in blue or Davis in pink from Rod's.

The best saddle pads are professional's choice air ride

they have both blue and pink and round or square.

Good luck, and most importantly, have fun!
Reply:I think red would be a great color for you palomino. We had a palomino Tenn/Quarter mix, and his pad was red...what ever color you get...get a matching headstall for her also.

I'd avoid the pastels (light pink, baby blue and such).
Reply:wow your palomino sounds just like this one i used to ride. for an expo, i used tropical turquoise on her. its such an exotic color, and it just went perfectly. people were complementing me the whole afternoon! lol, yeah people can come up with some rude comments, but i love having fun with my horses. im a girly girl and proud, and i also like to get dirty at the ranch. so why not mix it up?? :)
Reply:My Palomino wears light purple, it looks very nice...also I think teal would look gorgeous, but thats a little harder to come by.
Reply:dont know eny links. but i used to have a palomino i alwas used pink, purple, and bright blue to so there are some ideas
Reply:I think lime green would look good.
Reply:It really depends on what color palomino u have. If its a light cream or a darker color your choices would be different. If your talking about colors for the show ring then your really need to use that complimant the horses coat color as well as the color of your outfit. Blue is ok for either shade. Look up statelinetack.com for a color wheel that can help you decide.
Reply:How about like a Lime green? I ride a Palomino colored gelding in the jumping ring, and his saddle pad is lime green and it's adorable. my friend has one also, and her mare wears purple or hot pin.
Reply:Saddle Pad- I like the lime green one or the Turquoise one.

Couldnt find any splint boots :(

I love palominos! Im sure she'll look great!
Reply:I would get either hot pink or bright blue.
Reply:I think that she would look great in either bright blue or maybe ... A medium green.!!!!
Reply:The great thing about palominos is they look good in so many colors. Especially the rich jewel tones. Think hot pink, royal blue, emerald green, ruby red, deep purple. The only colors I avoided when I showed them was yellow and orange. And something that has a metallic shine to it really brings out the white mane and tail. Good Luck %26amp; have fun!
Reply:If this is for you to use when you are training only, then I would say pink and white or maybe even red or maroon. I have a palamino gelding and he wears a marron and gray halter and it looks sharp.
Reply:Lime Green, Hot Pink, Turquoise (teal) or lavender.

I have my blue roan mare in Teal and I love it, its my favorite color!

The reason no1 is giving you links is because u didnt say if ur english or western, both wear saddle pads and splint boots!
Reply:Maybe get something silver lined-- I always like dark purple, maroon, hunter green and greenish-periwinkle (i don't know how to describe it, almost like a light greeny with a TAD of blue) on my palominos! Black actually looks nice too but it's kind of boring!

I don't really like to use pink or blue because they are SO typical-- when i see a pony with a pink saddle pad i just think of a little girl with braids dressing up her pony and bleh, it just doensn't look experienced or professional. I have no idea why but i just think it looks TOO girly!

I really like rainbow sky and purple denim

But there are a lot of other things on the site like matching EVERYTHING-- saddle pads matching with polo wraps, splint boots, helmet covers etc... =)

P.S: I see no reason why everyone is being so rude? Honestly!
Reply:omg!!! you so should do pink!!! I hate that color but for a palomino it would be the BEST!! no greens pplease or dark blues..they need softer briliant colors trust me..do pink you will have everyones eyes!!!!!!!! Look at this..it is perfect...

Reply:hmmm i would derfinatly go for electric blue [bright blue]!!!
Reply:baby blue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Reply:I have a dark palamino I have her in black and white like the reins are blk %26amp; wht %26amp; so is the pad very sharp looking combo.
Reply:Who cares about fashion JUST RIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes I'm a girl XD
